Fresh Heart: An Introductory Meditation Course for the Curious presents beginning meditators a chance to try out meditation in a relaxed, friendly environment. In a series of five evening sessions, we explain the basic view of Buddhist meditation and offer simple, guided meditation instruction. An informal discussion format lets you talk about your meditation experiences and ask questions. All instruction is given by qualified Nalandabodhi practice instructors working under the guidance of The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
